Fitness on Skates – Trail training for 2018

Trails Class – Fitness on Skates. We are delighted to be offering an outdoor series of classes during the spring and summer of 2018. This class will occur on most Saturdays at 2:30 – 3:45pm. Starts April 21st. The class meets at Log Boom Park AKA Tracy Owen Station on the north end of Lake Washington. This space is near our Saturday classes and is a equal drive for both our Seattle and Eastside students. The location offers us a flat surface, parking, restrooms and a smooth trail. The course will offer a great introduction to trail skating including skates, gear, what to wear and pack and how to achieve efficiency in your Intermediate and Advanced strides. Students at Level 3 and above would enjoy this class.

Must be able to use a heel/toe stop or other well executed stop.  Students must be willing and able to utilize WhatsApp Messenger to be given up to the minute details on locations and weather cancellations for each class. Instructor will be traveling for portions of the course and group skates will occur at the same time and location for practice.
