Skate Journeys is seeking passionate inline and roller skate instructors to join our growing team! We offer programs in Seattle, Lynnwood, and Bellevue, helping expand access to skating and transform lives through the joy of movement.

Responsibilities
• Teach and manage quad and inline skating programs, primarily on weekends
• Lead engaging, educational sessions for students of all skill levels
Requirements
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs
• Commitment to safety—helmet and safety gear required
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
• SkateIA certification (training provided if needed)
Hours & Scheduling
• Part-time, weekends required
• 15–25 hrs/week in regular role
• 10 hrs/week during initial training
• Up to 40 hrs/week during summer camps
• Availability for Saturday & Sunday sessions
• Schedule may vary during peak seasons
Compensation
• Starting pay: $20–$24/hr, depending on experience
