Scholarship Program Initiative 

At Skate Journeys, we believe in breaking down barriers and empowering individuals to access the sport of inline and roller skating regardless of financial constraints. That’s why we’re proud to offer our Scholarship Program Initiative, designed to ensure that no one has to decline skating due to economic limitations. 

 

The Scholarship Program Initiative is a testament of our commitment to equity and inclusivity. Whether it’s accessing educational resources, participating in life-enriching programs, or receiving crucial healthcare services, we understand that financial barriers should never stand in the way of individuals seeking to better their lives. 

 

Through this initiative, eligible individuals can apply for fees to be waived when taking our Weekend Classes, Youth Summer Camps, Holiday Camps, & Instructor Apprentice Program. Supporting adults and youth skaters, we aim to provide equitable opportunities for all members of our community. 

Who is Eligible for a Scholarship? 

Anyone needing financial assistance is eligible to apply. 

How So I Apply for a Scholarship? 

Applying for a Scholarship is simple and confidential. Click the “Apply for Scholarship” button to submit your application through our Customer Portal. If you don’t already have a Customer Account, you’ll be prompted to create one.

 

We assess each application with care and respect, ensuring that those who demonstrate financial need receive the support they require to fully participate in our programs. We ask that you have a program in mind when applying. 

What Happens After I Apply? 

Within 48 hours, our team will review and contact you with your application results.

If approved, the waived fee request will be waived at 50% or 100%. 

After approved, you and your family will be able to utilize the approved discount across various programs for the next 6 months.
