Hi Skaters,
Fall is in full swing, and we’re heading into our last weekend before the clocks fall back for Pacific Standard Time—hello, extra hour of sleep! Daylight Saving Time ends on Sunday, November 2nd, so until then, don’t hit snooze—get up and join us for class!
Weekend Classes
Lynnwood: Regular classes on Saturday and Sunday (Oct 25–26)
Issaquah: Classes on Sunday (Oct 26) and Wednesday (Oct 29)
I love our Issaquah location—the room is bright and cozy! While the classes are small, that means big learning opportunities for those who attend.

Apprentice Course Update
The Apprentice Course is now closed and in full swing—weeeeeee! We have 8 amazing candidates taking on the challenge. Go team!
Skill Passport in Action
We’ve started using Skill Passports in class, and they’re a fantastic way to track your progress and see what’s next in your skating journey. Some of our early bird instructors have been helping kids before class to identify which skills they’ve mastered and what they’re working on—and adults can do this too!
Just find Trish or Jessica, and we’ll pair you with an instructor who can help assess your skills. This isn’t a lesson—it’s a chance to demonstrate what you know and get feedback on what’s next.
In Levels 4, 5, and 6, we’ve been reviewing all the skills to help skaters identify gaps and set goals for growth.
