Weekly Class Updates
Skaters, we are looking at a sunny weekend, so we have an outdoors class and we are closed on Sunday. Here are the details:
1. Saturday classes only. No classes on Sunday due to Easter.
2. Saturday at 1pm – Outdoor Skills Class. This class will cover trail etiquette, curbs, rocks/debris, wheelchair ramps, inclines and declines. Students should be comfortable using their brake or toe stops. This will not include steep hills, just slight declines and inclines. Students should be at Level 3 or more and comfortable with stopping. $25/30 for the 60 minute class. You can use one of your class package classes (4 for $25) Drop in is $30 if you have not purchased a class package. Trail skates are encouraged, but recreational skates with smaller wheels also work. Quad skaters would need outdoor wheels.
a. We ask that you use the link to join our Fitness on Skates WhatsApp Group once you sign up. This is so we can assist you with finding our location which is on a trail, or in the event of a change of weather. https://chat.whatsapp.com/3nZKbSUabViGEWDHooJecq
b. Weather etc.: Saturday is expected to be about 60 degrees, bring water, a light jacket/layers. We ask you to have a brake or toe stop, and please talk to me if you have questions.
