Our mission is "To teach and transform lives through inline and roller skating."

Weekly Class Updates

Hello skaters,

With the sun shining we delighted to get our outdoor classes underway. Last Saturday, we had our first outdoor skills class at Alki and we have another one this Sunday at College Place Elementary, near the rink.

Free Saturday classes this weekend* due to Easter weekend (so NO classes on Sunday, but we hope to see you Saturday)! Beginner 1 classes MUST pre-register, all others can show up and you will sign in via the QR code and then select the class you want. Come take a free class on us, invite friends.

*NOTE: Outdoor Skills classes still require payment – $30 for a single class or use a 4 pack.

We’ve got kids Level 4 class on Saturday too which we have not been able to offer for a while. We have some new staff who have joined/rejoined, so we can more easily staff the 8-10 classes we can offer.

Upcoming Classes and Events

1. Ernie Kirkland finished his last dance class and he will be back in 10 days to offer a BRAND NEW to Roller Dance class. He’ll start with all the basic steps, side to side, small turns. This class will be good for those who didn’t feel they kept up in either Spinderella or Ernie’s classes, or who wished it went slower. We thought a REAL beginning Roller Dance class would be fun, and easy.

2. There is room in CAMP #4 for our summer camps.

outdoors Trails class

As noted there is an Outdoor Trails class this Saturday. 1pm College Place Elementary 6 blocks from the rink. You should be able to stop on quads or inlines. Kids can join in on this class. You learn how to manage inclines, declines, bad cement, wheel chair ramps and a few more options.

The check-in link will be available on WhatsApp, and Trish will repost it before each class.
