As summer winds down, we hope your fun level is still riding high! With rain in the forecast this weekend, it’s the perfect time to join us for classes at Lynnwood.
Lynnwood Classes
• Regular classes are happening this weekend — schedule will be posted Friday.
• Sunday classes return October 5th — and the first one is FREE!
Issaquah Classes Overview
Issaquah Classes
Start Dates:
• Wednesdays: Begin October 1st
• Sundays: Begin October 19th
Important Note:
Issaquah classes are not weekly. The schedule is sporadic and typically released about 10 days before the next month.
Think of it like going on a journey — departure times change, so keep an eye on our newsletters for updates!
Venue Details: Rock & Roll Rink
• Smaller space = limited class capacity
• Maximum of 4 classes during a session, or 3 if upper level
• Often we’ll offer either Kids or Adult classes, not both at the same time
• Schedule is currently pending approval — stay tuned!
• We’ll have quads and inline skates available
Upcoming Issaquah Dates
• Wednesdays: Oct 1, 15, 29 (Approx. 4:30–7:15 PM)
• Sundays: Oct 19, 26 (Approx. 12:30–3:00 PM)

Apprentice Program
Apprentice Program
• Starts October 17th
• For skaters 12 and older (as of October 1st)
• Held on Sundays at 9:00 – 9:30 AM and 9:45 – 10:30 AM
• Runs for 6 weeks with 1 make-up class
Required for kids who want to teach. Adults are encouraged to join — it improves your skating, but it’s not mandatory.
How to sign up for classes
Lynnwood & Issaquah registration is the same:
New Students:
• Must pre-register. Registration opens 7 days before each class.
• For Issaquah B1 classes, sign up starts Wednesday, Sept 24th.
• We cap B1 classes at 5 students for a 1:5 instructor ratio — sign up early!
Returning Students:
Already have an account! Just pre-purchase classes, then check in:
• Scan the QR code on your phone or our tablet and choose the class your taking.
• Hand sign in at class.
Note: The QR code portion helps us keep your account updated and the second is so that staff can update who is teaching based on you dropping in.
