Hello Skaters,

Regular classes this weekend. 

1. No slalom on Saturday as we have week two of the Specialty Class:  Combos:

2. COMBOS class, not too late to join:  If you want to see the video of the moves we did last week, we have it on a WhatsApp group chat. And you can join this week for the first time and we will get you caught up. Right now here are the moves: Skaters Stride, parallel or AFrame Turn, Spiral or Arabesque and lunge (toe or heel). As you can see we have accommodated for skill level. The point of the combos class is how you transition from one move to the next. It’s like taking your French Vocabulary and creating sentences and paragraphs. Saturdays 9:45am with Trish

3. Fundraiser, so with matching we raised $16,115.76. Weeee, and thank you to all who donated big and small! 

4. Auction items. We have a few items that went on auction and we did not finish the auction. We will put the items up on a Google doc in one week (next Wednesday) and add the link to the newsletter so you can bid. We will close it a week later and advise the winners on how to pay. Items: Outdoor Master helmet, FR Skate adult, private lesson with Trish, kids Rollerblade skate and a vintage XL Skate Journeys Tee. Huge shout out to Shop-Task for the FRs and Rollerblade skate donations.
