Our mission is "To teach and transform lives through inline and roller skating."
Weekly Class Updates
1. Regular classes this weekend, and always check the grid on Friday to see who is teaching which classes. It is subject to change, but it’s our intention that it is correct.
FREE CLASSES this Saturday! 😀
> New students must register.
> The next free class won’t be until June 16th, so don’t miss out!
2. No Trails Classes this weekend due to weather but hoping for better weather and skating the trails soon.

upcoming classes and events
5K, 10k and half marathon dates are now set! While we still have details to set up, our Spring Fundraiser dates are set:
- 5K – June 1st and June 15th (two dates.) Out and back and $25 per one. 1pm and 9am respectively.
- 10K – July 20th during the Seattle Salmon Roll Weekend. Out and back and $35 for this event
- Half Marathon – August 3rd at 8am. $50 for this event. Likely this will be a timed event.
We intend to be on the Interurban Trail for all events, in/near Lynnwood.
> Signups will occur in May and it’s a fundraiser!
> The idea is that you will start with a 5K and then work towards a 10K and then even a Half marathon (13.2 miles)
> The trails class will be a great idea if you want to learn the striding for a skating a trail.
> We need volunteers for this, and thanks to Liang and Xiowen for already signing up.

Teaching at Summer Camps
If so, make sure they’ve noted their availability on the 2024 Camp Teaching Grid.
If you need access to the grid, please email marissap@skatejourneys.org
We’re experiencing technical issues emailing our Instructor Staff, so apologies if this is the first time you’re hearing about teaching at camps!
