Hello skaters, please join us for classes this week on Sunday.

-All regular classes this weekend, including Slalom

-Next trails class is Set 16th, Saturday at 10am

-Saturday classes resume in October.. the 7th to be precise

-If you would like to have our list of skills, email Trish@skateia.org and she will send it to you (we cannot send via this email list)

-The Apprentice Instructor starts Oct 22, classes will be on Sundays at 845 and 10am (both sessions). Full dates: Oct 22 & 29, Nov 5 & 12 and Dec 3 & 10 with a makeup date (if you miss one) on Dec 17th. Class runs 6 weeks and is for all adults and for kids who will be 12 by June 1st. The Instructor Apprentice course teaching skaters how to teach skating. It is a requirement to become and instructor and/or counselor for Skate Journeys. It is the First of 2 steps. The second step is to take the certification program on Jan 19th (6-830pm and Jan 21 10-5pm and Jan 22 10am to 5pm). The program is run by SkateIA which is a company Trish owns and operates. www.skateia.org Level 1 program – You do not have to take the certification, and the Apprentice Program will improve your skills. You can take it if you are an adult at Level 3 (upper end) or Kids Level 4.
